Everything you need to go from a complete beginner to confidently practicing yoga at home or in a studio.
We cover 3 main types of yoga - yin, hatha, and flow (vinyasa) to help you have a well rounded practice and accomplish common goals of flexibility, stress relief, pain relief, and strength. This is a 7 week course with over 25 practices PLUS 3 preparation teachings. This course was originally recorded live, so you will get to enjoy on the spot coaching and answers to commonly asked questions.
