We cover 4 main types of yoga - yin, restorative, hatha, and flow (vinyasa) to help you have a well rounded practice and accomplish common goals of flexibility, stress relief, pain relief, and strength.
This is a 6 week course with over 25 practices PLUS 3 preparation teachings, and a BONUS week of classes.
