This series is full of yin yoga classes to reduce joint pain, increase flexibility, and relieve tension.

Shamelessly, yin yoga is my favorite type of yoga and it pairs so well with The Strong Series for a holistic practice of strength and peace.

Yin yoga is especially helpful if you tend towards stress and anxiety. It's deeply refreshing both mentally and physically.
