My goal in this series was to help you feel strong, calm, and fit as a lifestyle. This is not a lose weight quick scheme. I take you step by step through the actual things I did to lose weight, including sleep habits, meal prep, and mindset changes that I made. I also share my daily habits to make living health a consistent lifestyle so that it's completely stress free to be on the health journey. I give a lot of bonus lessons from Q&A sessions from the live program.
