Yin yoga is great for improving flexibility, reducing pain, and relieving stress. The yin yoga classes are done cold, it’s unlikely you will break a sweat, and yes, you can add your own spa music in the background! This is a time to relax, mind and body and allow yourself to feel discomfort on the mat so you can better handle discomfort off the mat. Yin really outdoes herself that way!
